Position Description
As an Automotive Expert at Andy's, you'll work with customers to determine the right parts to buy, and help them troubleshoot during and after installation.
Defining Success
You'll be responsible for demonstrating success in several key areas, all focused around our Core Values:

You will also be responsible for collaborating on training initiatives with the management and lead levels of the organization, to share your automotive knowledge with other members of the team.
Requirements
This is definitely the right opportunity for you if you've got a winning combination of these qualities:
  • You consider yourself a "people person" and you've had proven success in customer support
  • You're technically savvy and can hold your own against a PC and new software
  • Something inside of you says that even though our cultural ideas about it have changed, you still believe that "the customer is always right."
  • You love cars and/or know a lot about them, especially including vehicle modifications
  • You have a mastery of the English language, complete with an understanding of what is and isn't professional
  • You're not afraid of working on some weekend days
