Accel has the answer with the CNC-machined aluminum Vortec Distributor, Super Stock Coil and EXTREME 9000 plug wires. Not only does this system offer the best durability, it will give more power to the plugs resulting in better performance and gas mileage. These are great upgrades for off-roading, towing and street performance.
BilleTech™ distributors are built with an aircraft grade aluminum housing that makes it an excellent upgrade from the original problem prone-plastic Original Equipment (OE) distributor which is subject to cracking at high rpm, causing poor idle and power loss. The super strong steel shaft and special bearings help ensure long life and durability. High performance cap and rotor included.

• 6061 T6 Billet aluminum housing
• Centerless ground steel shaft
• 10,000 RPM bearing upper with oil lite bushing lower
• Accel performance electronic pick up and module (where noted)
• High dielectric strength cap, balanced rotor for trouble free performance
• Brass cap contacts for superior conductivity
• Iron or Steel distributor gear compatible with flat tappet cams and OEM hydraulic roller camshafts

Direct bolt-in, plug-in replacement. Can also work with an Accel, Mallory, Crane, Holley or MSD capacitive discharge ignition system. Special high temperature epoxy resists shock and vibration, while increasing thermal conductivity. Brass coil wire contact increases energy transfer and resists corrosion better than aluminum.
