Q: What are tie rod boots? Why buy tie rod boots?
A: Tie rod boots are a type of suspension bushing. Most vehicles are built using rubber bushings in their suspension and body mounts, and these bushings tend to be on the soft side and to deteriorate rapidly. When your bushings are worn, your car's feedback is reduced and sloppy handling takes over. Replace your worn bushings with urethane tie rod boots to revive your car's feedback.
Q: How do you install tie rod boots?
A: This part can be installed within minutes with basic hand tools. By simply removing your factory tie rod boots and replacing them with the new aftermarket ones.
