Retro USA's Chrome-Tech™ Rocker Moldings are the perfect complement to our Chrome-Tech™ Bumpers or stand-alone for a subtle touch of chrome.
All Chrome-Tech™ Accessories are extremely durable, lightweight, and easy to install. Chrome-Tech™ Accessories are constructed using chrome film laminated to TPO. The chrome film offers a lustrous shine with excellent UV protection and resistance to chipping and chemicals. Chrome film is guaranteed to not rust, crack, flake or peel. Rocker Moldings are pre-fitted with inserts for added rigidity. Mounts to existing rocker panel with pre-taped 3M™ automotive adhesives plus pigtails for easy and accurate installation.
Automotive Innovation Award Winner: The award cited Retro USA's Chrome-TechTM products as “having excellent impact resistance and gravelometer performance, fully recyclable, and offering a lustrous chromed surface while eliminating hexavalent chromium chemicals. Q: What are rocker panels? Why buy them?
A: Rocker panels are located underneath your vehicle’s doors and span the distance between the front and rear wheel wells. Rocker panels are one of the longest straight panels on a vehicle and because they are so low to the ground they are extra prone to dents, dings and scrapes. In addition rocker panels tend to trap moisture inside which leads to bubbling paint, and soon to follow, rust holes. Rocker panels are also crucial to the structural strength of your vehicle, so if you have damaged or rusty rocker panels it is not a matter to be taken lightly. Fortunately there are brand new replacement rocker panels available that are made from high-quality steel to restore your vehicle to great condition and keep your ride looking good as you drive down the road.

A: No. Replacement rocker panels require you to have a body shop cut off part or all of your rocker panel, then weld the new rocker panel in place.
