Description:
Synchronic BOV and Synchronic DV inlet flange in billet machined Aluminum 6061-T6 anodized black. This adapter allows all SB001 and DV001 to be fitted onto piping and applications where OEM Mitsubishi industries BOV/DV mounting flange is already welded into place. You can now replace your existing diaphragm OEM BOV/DV without any fabrication. Please consult the applications list below for details. Various applications require different clearances and the flange diameter alone does not indicate application fitment.

About Synapse

Synapse Engineering is a performance shop based out of San Diego, California since 1999. Their fields of expertise deals in bypass valves, wastegates, intercoolers, turbocharger piping and accessories.

Synapse has been reinventing pneumatic actuators for flutter dump, compressor surge – issues which plague high-boost turbo setups – with a new technology called "Synchronic". Their products are low-maintenance, bolt-on performance pieces that are designed for easy installation – they supply couplers with matching t-bolt clamps, for instance.

Their Synchronic technology basically redesigns the geometry of a fluid-powered actuator, resulting in improved response and reduced frictional losses. Synapse Engineering takes time and effort with their build and R & D processes and the results speak for themselves.
