These are top-quality silicone black washers which when coupled with their ''fender'' style washers can be used to fasten brackets, air-guides, and other items in the engine bay that may be chromed, polished or powder-coated (etc.) to help avoid marring the finish. These are designed for M6 ''flat-head'' fasteners with the fender-style finish washers.
These are ZSPEC-designed to fit perfectly with their fender-fastener kits or the fender-washers included in their ''Ultimate'' Engine Bay dress-up kits. Fender-washers not included, check their site if you don't have any yet.

A: Fender washers are specially designed, large diameter washers that have an increased surface area which helps when securing body panels to your vehicle. The increased surface area spreads the load to prevent panel distortion so that your body lines stay straight and your panels stay secure at the same time.
